Gerisnaldo da Hora Brandão, director of Mercaante Investimentos, entered the Company in 2000 as an executive shareholder responsible for the administration and implementation of the general policies and guidelines of the company. Brandão is a member of the advisory council and the executive committee of Mercaante. Before, he worked at the operating desk of Unibanco, where he was responsible for the Open Market area. He has a degree in Business Management by the Instituto Metodista Bennett of the city of Rio de Janeiro, with extension courses at FGV-SP on Enterprise Management and Executive MBA by IBMEC-SP.

Wilian Monteiro Mansur entered Mercaante Investimentos in 2000 as an executive shareholder responsible for the resources management of the company. Before entering Mercaante, he worked in the financial market having roles of Controller, Technical Department and Open Operator. He has a degree in Civil Engineering by Universidade Católica of the city of Petrópolis with Executive MBA by COPPEAD-UFRJ.

Gilberto Machado Gomes entered Mercaante Investimentos in 2000 as the responsible for the tax area and controlling of the company. With experience in the financial market since 1983, he worked at Banco da Bahia Investimentos S.A. in the Accounting and Taxation areas. He was an Accounting Manager of Banco Destak S.A. and Controller at Lecca DTVM S.A. He has a degree in Accounting with a Lato-Sensu Graduate degree by Fundação Getúlio Vargas-RJ and an Executive MBA by COPPEAD-UFRJ.

Gabriel da Hora Brandão entered Mercaante Investimentos in 2000 as the responsible for the service area of the company. Gabriel is shareholder and director of Brandão Advogados & Associados. He has a degree in Law and a graduate degree in Business Law by FAAP.

Motoshige Tanno entered Mercaante Investimentos in 2002 as the responsible for the trade area of the company. He is a member of the advisory council and the executive committee of Mercaante Investimentos. Before entering Mercaante Investimentos, Tanno was responsible for the Open Market area at Banestado Corretora.
